How this list is built · 这份榜单怎么来的

Sources. PubMed, OpenAlex and bioRxiv are polled daily for aptamer-related publications; records are de-duplicated by DOI.

Topic filter. A paper enters this list when its title or abstract matches any of: biosensor*, aptasensor*, electrochemical sens*, fluorescen* sens*, colorimetric, detection, lateral flow, point-of-care, LOD, limit of detection, SPR, surface plasmon (SQLite FTS5, case-insensitive, * is a prefix wildcard). A paper can belong to several topics.

Ranking. composite = 0.45×log(IF) + 0.35×log(citation velocity) + 0.10×social + 0.10×recency, scaled to 100. Citation velocity is citations per day since publication, so a recent paper accruing citations quickly can outrank an older one with a larger total. The recency term decays linearly to zero at 30 days, so anything older than a month is ranked on impact and citation velocity alone — this list therefore tilts towards recent work by design.

What this is not. The ranking is computed from metadata — journal impact factor, citation counts, recency — not from reading the papers. It is a triage aid for deciding what to read, not a quality judgement or a substitute for a systematic review. Impact factor is missing for some venues (preprints in particular) and those papers score lower than their content may deserve.
