Multi-screening of beta-lactam antibiotics in milk based on Fe(3)O(4)@phage/bacteria system and aggregation induced emission luminogen
BACKGROUND: For the previous rapid screening methods, antibody, molecularly imprinted polymer, aptamer and receptor are the usually used recognition reagents. It is well known that there are many antibiotic receptors on bacterial surface, so in theory the whole bacterium can be used as recognition reagent for…

Selection and characterization of biofilm-degrading aptamers against Vibrio anguillarum, Vibrio alginolyticus, and Vibrio harveyi and their target protein interaction analysis
Vibrio is an important pathogenic bacterium, and its pathogenicity and drug resistance are greatly enhanced by its biofilm-forming ability, posing serious threats to food safety and public health. The present study employed Inhibition-Systematic Evolution of Ligands by Exponential Enrichment (SELEX) technology to…

A dual-recognition paper-based sensor integrating a Ru/Co nanoparticle-single-atom catalytic interface for trace bisphenol A monitoring in complex matrices
Although there has been relatively widespread exposure to bisphenol A (BPA) in the environment and consumer products, the sensitivity and selectivity of the current electrochemical sensors are still inadequate for accurate on-site monitoring of complex samples. To fill this deficiency, we have developed a flexible,…

Sensitive Detection of Biomarker Using Multifunctional Aptamer-Modified Fluorescent E. coli O157:H7
Abstract Highly sensitive quantification of biomarkers is essential for disease diagnosis, treatment monitoring, and prognosis evaluation. Recently, nanomaterial-based immunosensors have attracted increasing attention due to their high sensitivity. However, the preparation of nanomaterials is often complex, costly,…

Programmable Electrochemical Cefapirin Antibiotic Aptasensor Powered by Highly Conductive Bimetallic NiCu(HITP) MOF and Dendritic DNA Amplifications
Residues of veterinary antibiotics in animal-derived foods motivate the development of analytical methods that combine high sensitivity with straightforward operation. Cefapirin, a β-lactam used extensively for the treatment of bovine mastitis, may persist in milk and other commodities; therefore, sensitive detection…

Au-Ag NFs@Pt NCs nanozymes-driven aptasensor for sensitive visual detection of aflatoxin B1 in peanut
Nanozyme-based aptasensors still face challenges, including low catalytic activity and inverse signal correlation, which hinder their advancement in the field of food safety. To address these issues, this study developed a novel nanozyme-based colorimetric aptasensor for the high-performance detection of AFB1.…

A 3D-printed extraction device based on aptamer-functionalized metal-organic frameworks for ochratoxin A determination in alcoholic beverages
This work reports the development of a 3D-printed extraction device coated with an aptamer-functionalized metal-organic framework (Apt@MOF) for the selective extraction of ochratoxin A (OTA) from alcoholic beverages. Several MOFs were initially screened under dispersive solid-phase extraction (dSPE) conditions,…

Recent advances of colorimetric sensors based on laccase-mimicking nanozymes
Natural laccase exhibits poor stability, high cost, strict storage requirements and weak recyclability, which greatly limits its utility in colorimetric sensing and catalytic remediation. Laccase-mimicking nanozymes circumvent these shortcomings. Copper derivatives replicate laccase Cu(I)/Cu(II) redox via tailored…

How this list is built · 这份榜单怎么来的
Sources. PubMed, OpenAlex and bioRxiv are polled daily for aptamer-related publications; records are de-duplicated by DOI.
Topic filter. A paper enters this list when its title or abstract matches any of: food, agricult*, mycotoxin*, aflatoxin*, ochratoxin*, pesticide*, veterinary drug*, antibiotic residue*, Salmonella, E coli, Listeria (SQLite FTS5, case-insensitive, * is a prefix wildcard). A paper can belong to several topics.
Ranking. composite = 0.45×log(IF) + 0.35×log(citation velocity) + 0.10×social + 0.10×recency, scaled to 100. Citation velocity is citations per day since publication, so a recent paper accruing citations quickly can outrank an older one with a larger total. The recency term decays linearly to zero at 30 days, so anything older than a month is ranked on impact and citation velocity alone — this list therefore tilts towards recent work by design.
What this is not. The ranking is computed from metadata — journal impact factor, citation counts, recency — not from reading the papers. It is a triage aid for deciding what to read, not a quality judgement or a substitute for a systematic review. Impact factor is missing for some venues (preprints in particular) and those papers score lower than their content may deserve.
